There’s immense power in a name.
But most people overlook what’s right in front of them.
Who we are as individuals, how we self reflect, and how the world knows us is captured in the name that we use.
Names are such a big deal that Judaism‘s name for God, “Hashem,” literally translates to “the-name.”
Ultimately, names are anchor containers for reality to flow through.
Through
“Through” is an operative word
Through saves us from getting locked in ego and identity.
At an esoteric high-level, we are all simply souls moving through life school on the Earth plane.
Growth is optional.
Wonder is a choice and a stance, and an approach. Wonder is a mode of existing.
In fact, Grow, Through, and Wonder are all modes of being.
Grow–Through–Wonder
3 words, powerful in their own right, that I’ve put together in a meta process for personal and collective transformation.
These three words give me:
A call to show up and write, and
Dynamic flexibility to explore topics with curiosity.
Neither of us – not you, not me – are forced into polarizing labels and narratives about surviving and thriving.
But the heart of the transformational intent is intact here.
This just has more room to breathe.
In fact, breath is life.
At every level – breathing happens at the cellular level and breathing is even mirrored in the oscillations of orbiting planets.
Freedom to Breathe
I’m insecure that you might think I’m all over the place.
A little too Sagittarian for my own good (I’m not a Sagittarius).
But wherever we are in life, we all need room to breathe, and “grow through wonder” provides the breathing room we need.
Take a moment, right now, if you’re able and willing, to just sit back in your chair and breathe–low in your belly, full in, full out, and soften into your seat.
There’s nowhere to be but exactly where you are.
We can look at the past and plan for the future, but let’s do it in a new way.
A way that’s fueled by curiosity and wonder, and let’s not get stuck there, but move through it.
And from this place we’re in together, let’s Grow Through Wonder.
Talk to you soon,
PS - special thanks to my friends here who’ve stuck with me.
